InnoDB limitation in respect to Lower and Upper case (no replies)

Hi,

I am using MyIsam v5.6 database using Match and Against. But now we move to InnoDB database v5.6.

Does InnoDB has limitation in respect to Lower and Upper case when using Indexes with Match and Against..
