HI,
we have multiple database on MySQL
but one database is large which has 60 Millions of data in single table

details : community edition
version : 5.6
Engine : InnoDB
server RAM 16 GB
CPU : 4 Core

what is the best configuration we need to follow for INSERT/UPDATE / DELETE as currently its slow

does improving RAM to 60 G, 4 core to 8 can help to speed up the query processing
?
