How can i restore database? (no replies)

Hello, we are using mysql 8.0 and by mistake we deleted ibtmp1 and we can't start mysql anymore and we can't even restore a backup.
ibdata1 file is there but other ib* files are deleted...
Please advise me how to restore the database and is this possible at all?
