Innodb 5.7 include and failover to new member (no replies)

Hello Guys,

I am fresh in Mysql innodb and I am in charge to include a new member on the Innodb Cluster and after that promote it to master ( R\W ).

However, It is a production Environment and I wouldnt have any bad suprise to do it

Could you help me a good approach ( examples commands ) to make it ?
