MyISAM replica to Innodb slave (no replies)

Can I replicate DB with MyISAM tables to a passive slave DB with Innodb?

Are there any known issues that I should be aware of before doing this?

I intend to to use the dump from Innodb slave to restore on master DB as a way to permanently convert the master DB to Innodb.

I appreciate your feedback/advice/input on this.
