Stored Procedure source (no replies)

My database is corrupt (see below). I have a backup from a week ago, but there is one new stored procedure I'd like to get the source for. Where is it physically stored in the file system - I'd like to see if I can rescue the source.

From MySQL Admin Tool view of Log:
The manual page at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/crashing.html contains
information that should help you find out what is causing the crash.
100916 14:21:34 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 3 139814623
100916 14:21:34 [ERROR] Column count of mysql.db is wrong. Expected 22, found 20. The table is probably corrupted
100916 14:21:34 [ERROR] mysql.user has no `Event_priv` column at position 29
100916 14:21:34 [ERROR] Event Scheduler: An error occurred when initializing system tables. Disabling the Event Scheduler.
100916 14:21:34 [Note] E:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.1\bin\mysqld: ready for connections.
Version: '5.1.31-community' socket: '' port: 3306 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

Thanks anybody!
J.
