SQLException: Cannot execute statement in a READ ONLY transaction. (no replies)

This issue we are continuosly getting with pointing the master/slave replication.

Could you please help me out.

Note: When we run the same application in mysql 5.5.27 it's working fine but after i upgraded to mysql 5.6.19 I am facing this issue.
